Conchita Wurst – Make Up Tutorial: Eyebrows (’15, part 2)

So, we want … well, let’s use another palette. Let’s just try something we’re … From the Urban Decay Naked palette, which is very loved on the Internet. Okay, here’s the deal. I always do my eyebrows with eyeshadow but I would take an angle brush and I would dip it into water And then into … I like my eyebrows a bit lighter than my hair because I think if it’s too dark it just … it could look very unnatural. Says the bearded lady. Okay, here we go. So, you take the brush, dip it into water, put it into the eyeshadow and then you create a sharp line. As you probably recognized: I love my eyebrows quite natural. I really … actually I stopped … I stopped … What’s that in English, Andru00e9? (What do you want to say?) I stopped, I stopped …

(Doing it over-dramatically?) No, no, I stopped pulling my hair out … (Plucking them out.) Exactly! I stopped that. Because of Cara … (dogs gnarling) Sometimes I can be a bit of a diva! Am I allowed to drink? (Of course! We had the glass in the shot already.) Cheers! Allright, here look, and this is what I do. So, I mean, you know it’s a question it’s a question of your taste, I mean I do enjoy a plucked – is that’s what you said? – plucked eyebrows but I don’t know, I’m just in the mood for a few weeks to leave them like this. Cheers. Okay, so … again with the angled brush you just create like a nice silhouette of your eyebrows and you blend them in into the front and that’s basically it. (Do you do both symmetrically?) You know, all the drag queens say: they don’t need to be twins but at least sisters. This is what I try. Create a nice curve … that was actually my Cher-voice … a curve … ‘If I could turn back time’ … that’s a shout-out to Charlie Hides, one of the best Chers in the world. Okay, here we go. And here’s the second eyebrow …

you really don’t have to do that much just, you know, create a little shape and leave it like this. What’s next? Okay, so … and now you can get rid of the rest of the loose powder … and … Well, the next thing could be the contouring..
